                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 
                   WITH WDB CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, RELATIVE TO 
                   THE COST FOR WOODEN BLEACHERS AT EAST LAKE, 
                   WHICH CHANGE ORDER INCREASES THE CONTRACT BY 
                   THE AMOUNT OF FOUR THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED 
                   FORTY-SIX AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($4,646.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
       Change Order No. 2 with WDB Construction Company, relative to the 
       cost for wooden bleachers at East Lake, which change order 
       increases the contract by the amount of $4,646.00.
